Story
In November, 2022, I had the chance to visit with the Apatani people in Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, India. While I was photographing quite a few of the elderly women from the tribe, I noticed that I didn't come across any elderly men. Many of the elderly men have died or are home bound. I had heard about one elderly man, a former actor in a Bollywood film (he loves to talk about that), and he invited me into his small, traditional home in his village. Here, he sits on a small stool by the window of his home.
