I took this photo on an overcast Wednesday afternoon while hiking in Faerie Glen Nature reserve. I normally don't go hiking but I've been trying to make it more of a regular thing. This photo is a gentle reminder to take the time out of your life to work on oneself. For many of us there's a damaged soul lurking beneath the surface. It requires healthy attention. It requires love. It requires patience. Remember to Love yourself.
