Iranian women have historically created numerous handicrafts, such as kilims and rugs, contributing significantly to Persian culture. However, Iranian women still struggle to partake in society proactively and, thus, remain invisible. Iranian women can be seen through the lens of their artwork and handicrafts. Such invisibility reminisces the kings who reigned over art; however, nobody saw the kings. Nobody knew about their aspirations.
